I haven't received a confirmation email, what now?

Sometimes our mail ends up in your spam. So check this first. Do you not have any mail there either? Then we may have an incorrect mail address for you. Mail customer service so they can help you further!

How can I pay?

You can easily pay with Paypal, Credit Card or IDEAL.

I entered the wrong address, what now?

If you have entered an incorrect address or would like to have it delivered somewhere else, it is best to email us. We can make changes to your address up until the moment your order is shipped.

I received a defective item

We check all items thoroughly, but sometimes it can unfortunately happen that an item is delivered defective. In this case, send an email with a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will then help you as soon as possible.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed with great care at our head office. Then the products are produced in our factories. We work with factories all over Europe.
