When will I receive my package?

Items that are not pre-ordered will be shipped within 5 business days.

Please note: our hoodies currently have a delivery time of up to 14 working days.

The delivery time of the pre-order is described with the product.

Pre-orders: Please note! Are you ordering a Pre-order item? This is the delivery time of your entire order. Do you want to receive the other items sooner? Then place two separate orders.

Can I return my items?

Is the product you ordered not quite what you had in mind? Unfortunately, but that can happen. You can return an item to us up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition.

We will refund the purchase amount of the returned items to your account within 11 working days after arrival.

• Reason for return

NB!

Returns are accepted provided they are in their original undamaged condition, free of (smoke) odors and unworn. Macies reserves the right to refuse returns at all times. The return shipping costs are for the sender.

• If the product has been worn or damaged, we cannot take it back.
• Once labels have been removed we cannot take the product back.
• Bikinis can only be returned if they have been tried on with underwear underneath for hygiene reasons!
• Sale cannot be returned.
• Pre-orders cannot be returned.
• Phone cases cannot be returned.

Can I exchange my items?

You can exchange an item with us up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in the original condition. Provided that it is in stock and can still be ordered.
