When will I receive my package?
Please note: Due to limited staffing between July 14 and August 3, order processing may take longer than usual. Estimated shipping time is 1–2 weeks. All orders will be shipped no later than August 3.

Items that are not pre-ordered will be shipped within 5 business days.
Please note: our hoodies currently have a delivery time of up to 14 working days.
The delivery time of the pre-order is described with the product.
Pre-orders: Please note! If you order a pre-order item, this is the delivery time for your entire order. If you want to receive the other items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Can I return my items?
Is the product you ordered not quite what you had in mind? Unfortunately, it happens. You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition.
We will refund the purchase amount of the returned items to your account within 11 working days after arrival.

NB!
Returns are accepted provided they are in their original, undamaged condition, free of (smoke) odors, and unworn. Macies reserves the right to refuse returns at any time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
- If the product has been worn or damaged, we cannot take it back.
- Once labels have been removed we cannot take the product back.
- Bikinis can only be returned if they have been tried on with underwear underneath for hygiene reasons!
- Sale cannot be returned.
- Pre-orders cannot be returned.
- Phone cases cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my items?
You can exchange an item with us up to 14 days after receiving it, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. Provided it is in stock and can still be ordered.
